Tim Bochat

Timothy was born and raised in New Hampshire. He attended The Catholic University of America, where he earned a degree in English Literature and Language with minors in Psychology, Philosophy, and Religion. He later completed his MBA in 2024 and a Master of Science in Human Resources Management in 2025 from Western Governors University.

 

Timothy began his career at Alternative Paths Training School (APTS) in 2006 as a Program Facilitator at the Alexandria campus. Over the years, he has advanced through several leadership roles, including Team Leader, Community Consultant, Program Manager, Regional Program Director, Deputy Director of Operations, and currently serves as the Director of Operations.
