Recently, our Alexandria Campus hosted a Shopping Party to celebrate teachers!
Our partner, Lakeshore, hosted a private party, complete with refreshments and hands on assistance from Lakeshore representatives.
Each teacher was given a shopping budget and 2 hours to shop 'till they dropped as Lakeshore representatives helped them explore the store and pick out items that would be useful in their classrooms. - From classroom decor, sensory supports, instructional manipulatives, teacher tools, and toys and activities to support during our school Structured Preferred Activity blocks, the store was their oyster!
The event was conveniently scheduled during a promotion that allowed them to earn 4x the points on their purchases if they signed up for a free Lakeshore membership. They all walked away with their newfound goodies at a discounted price, points in their account towards their next visit, coupons for future shopping, and a cute Lakeshore Learning tote bag!
We are so grateful and excited to continue partnering with organizations like Lakeshore Learning, who share in our mission and vision to provide high quality support to learners and enrich our classroom environments with innovative and engaging tools and materials that support specialized instruction.
