Stephanie Kennedy
Regional Education Director, Alexandria 

Stephanie Kennedy is the Alexandria Campus Regional Director of Education. She has a Bachelor of Music and a Master’s in Special Education from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA, and is currently working on her PhD in Education with a focus on Organizational Leadership at Liberty University in Lynchburg, VA.

Stephanie began working in Special Education as a teacher with George Mason University’s Mason LIFE program. While there, She earned experience in teaching, coaching employment skills, and administration.

Stephanie taught with Manassas City Public Schools for a year before beginning at APTS. Since being employed with APTS, Stephanie has taught elementary students both on general and applied curriculum, and has served as the Literacy and Assessment Specialist before starting at the Manassas campus as the Educational Supervisor.

In July 2020, Stephanie began serving as Educational Director at the Manassas campus. In November of 2020, she transferred locations to become the Educational Director of the APTS Alexandria Campus.

Stephanie is excited to continue serving the students and families of APTS!
