March is National Nutrition Month! At APTS, we take every aspect of our student’s health and safety, seriously.
When developing the menus, our HealthyPath Team focuses on following our “10 Core Nutrition Rules” in order to provide students a real-life example of healthy food choices.
From there, our secluded Kitchen Prep team works to ensure food is handled safely, portion sizes are correct, and any allergens are accounted for before serving.
