Kaitlin Pence
Deputy Director of Behavioral Services

Kaitlin Pence is the Deputy Director of Behavior Services at the Stafford East and West Campuses.

Kaitlin has over a decade of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis. After graduating from the University of Mary Washington with a master’s degree in Elementary Education, Kaitlin gained invaluable and extensive experience providing behavior-analytic services in school, home and center-based settings.

She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in 2013, and holds licensure as a Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of Virginia. Kaitlin joined the APTS family in 2015 as a Behavior Analyst at the Stafford/Fredericksburg campus, and has also worked as the Regional Director of Behavioral Services for the Stafford campuses.
