Jesse Naccarato 
Regional Program Director, Stafford East and West

Jesse was born in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, but was raised in Fredericksburg, VA, where he moved to when he was six.

He attended Randolph-Macon College, where he played football for four years and graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics/Business.

Upon his graduation, he came on board with APTS in June 2013 as a Program Facilitator at the Fredericksburg Campus and grew a passion for helping students with special needs.

Since then, he has been a Team Leader at the Fredericksburg Campus, a Training Assistant Coordinator at the Central Administration Building, and a Pod Manager at the Stafford West Campus, which led to his current role as a Regional Program Director for the Stafford Campuses.

As the Regional Program Director, he collaborates with both the Education and Behavior Departments to ensure each individual student can be successful.

He is also a huge Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
