The First Ever APTS Fall Fair was a Success!

This past weekend was a blast! APTS held a staff appreciation event called the “APTS Fall Fair”.

The Fall Fair was the first of its kind at APTS. Staff brought their families, children and friends for a day of fun, (so much fun, in fact, that we barely got any pictures!!). The day included beautiful weather, music, a Fall-themed selfie station, delicious food trucks, yard games, bubble soccer, relay races, and lots of prizes! Most of all, we all enjoyed a day mixing and mingling with staff from other campuses, and getting to meet their families.

During a game of “Dizzy Al”, (an APTS spin off of the yard game, “Dizzy Bat”), players were required to race to procure items characteristic of our CEO, Al, including a John Deere hat, big white beard, and an APTS uniform shirt. From there, they brought the items back to their team “Al”, who got dressed up, then was tasked with transporting a pumpkin, using APTS’ protocols typically used to gently guide and protect our students. Staff had a blast, our CEO Al thought the portrayal was hilarious, and families got a small taste of how staff work while in the classrooms.

The Fall Fair truly was a day of pure fun and enjoyment. We hope that all who came out enjoyed themselves!
