Meatball Sub Food Groups!
Yesterday’s meatball sub sale was a success!
A few days ago, students went around campus collecting sub orders from staff. Yesterday, they participated in an assembly line to prepare the lunches.
Staff prepped the sub, which a student then placed into a bag. The bag was passed down the line to more students who put in chips or a cookie based on what the order form indicated. Other students helped with delivery, assisting staff in pushing the cart down the hallway, and handing out drinks.
