Use potlucks or catered lunches for celebrating significant life moments for staff (Ex. Wedding, birthday, newborn baby, etc.) and campus holiday parties. These lunches can also be used for staff appreciation and opportunities for staff to relax and mingle. Food area should be decorated and inviting.
