How can we start this year off happier and healthier? Things have certainly not been easy this past year and despite the welcome calendar change, difficulties persist. One of the best ways to navigate difficult emotions is by focusing on things within your locus of control. Attached is Action for Happiness’s January Calendar. We want to encourage everyone to take small, controllable, steps to boost happiness.
