Action for Happiness has released their December 2022 calendar and this month they’re encouraging us to “Do Good” for ourselves and others.  For some, 2022 has been another difficult year of uncertainty and ups and downs. Performing acts of kindness is excellent for our brain health neurologically and our emotional health. Kindness and positivity are contagious – let’s try to spread it on thick this month!
